Room for up to 3 Guests

A little bit plush

You're certain to have a restful night in this spacious, quiet, airy first floor room with a feeling of luxury.  It has an en suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe, but most importantly, comfortable beds, so comfortable we've provided an alarm clock so you don't miss breakfast.

With underfloor heating, this is a cosy room to come home to after exploring the Scottish Borders.  Your shower room floor will feel like walking onto a tropical beach.  Occupancy of the room is versatile because it can be made up as either three single beds, or a super king plus single.   For this room the maximum number of guests is three.  We are happy to

welcome babies at no charge, but we don't have a cot, therefore you would need to bring a travel cot.

The room has a double aspect, with one window overlooking the garden to the North, and the other looking over the produce garden and a lovely view of the Eildon Hills in the near distance to the South.

After decorating this room we visited Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery and realised that we had chosen the colours of the monks' robes.
